How your order is packed, labelled, billed and delivered.
Packaging
Every order carries a request to the supplier for plain outer packaging. No product names, imagery or store branding are requested on the outside of the parcel. Shipping labels carry the sender details the carrier requires and a short description of the goods class; we will publish photographs of a delivered parcel after our first sample order so you can see exactly what arrives.
Billing descriptor
Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “SP CN ONLINE”. “SP” is added by Shopify Payments, which processes our card payments.
Delivery times
Products ship from the supplier's warehouse with tracking. Each product page shows an estimate of 10 to 17 business days from order for Australia, which is the slowest supplier quote (7 to 14 business days, tracked) plus up to 3 business days of handling. We do not promise faster delivery than that.
Where we deliver
Australia-wide. Deliveries to the United States are not yet open; the United States market will open once import-duty handling has been confirmed.
Emails and tracking
Order and shipping emails come from the store with the store name as sender and no product names in the subject line. The tracking number is included in the shipping email.
