Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it is handled. The entity responsible for this policy is Rehan Maddawa Bandara Udugala (ABN 32 157 181 441); contact r3han.u@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and, if you provide it, a phone number, together with the order details. Payment card details are handled by Shopify Payments and are not stored by us. Our website records the usual technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through Shopify, and the search terms and filters you use on the store are processed by Shopify's Search & Discovery service to return results. A cookie remembers that you confirmed you are over 18, for 30 days.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your order, to send order and shipping emails, to handle returns and questions, and to meet legal obligations. We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. No product names appear in the subject line of any email we send.

Who sees it

Shopify (our store platform, checkout and Shopify Payments); DSers, the order-management app that passes your name and delivery address to the supplier that packs and ships the order; the supplier and the carrier that delivers it; Judge.me, the review app, which records page views and orders through a Shopify web pixel so that it can send one review request after delivery (you can ignore it or ask us to stop them); and Shopify's email service (Shopify Messaging), which sends order emails and, only if you sign up, the newsletter. Each receives only what it needs to perform that task. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Access and correction

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain about how it has been handled, by contacting us. We handle such requests under the Australian Privacy Principles.
