Specifications you can check

Every product page lists the material, charging method, waterproof rating, dimensions and companion app exactly as the maker states them. Where the maker does not state something, the field is left blank rather than guessed. We do not use health, performance or safety adjectives that we cannot support.

Plain packaging requested on every order

Every order carries a request to the supplier for plain outer packaging with no product names or imagery on the outside. We will publish photographs of an actual delivered parcel once our first sample order arrives, and we will say so here if a supplier does not comply.

Tracked delivery with honest estimates

Each product page shows its own delivery estimate: the supplier's slowest quoted time plus three days of handling. Every parcel is tracked and the tracking number is emailed to you.

Returns that follow the law and basic hygiene

Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded as Australian Consumer Law requires. Because these are intimate products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the packaging has been opened. How returns work.
