What appears on my statement? Charges appear on your statement as “SP CN ONLINE”.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? Each product page shows its own estimate, which is the supplier's slowest quoted time plus three days of handling, usually 13 to 17 days for Australia. Every parcel is tracked.
What does the parcel look like? We request plain outer packaging on every order. Photographs of an actual parcel will be published after our first sample order.
Do you deliver to the United States? Not yet. The United States market opens once import-duty handling has been confirmed.
Products
Where do the specifications come from? From the maker's listing, word for word. A blank field means the maker did not state it.
Which app do app-controlled products use? The product page names the app the maker specifies. We make no claims about any app's privacy or security.
Returns
Can I return a product? Faulty items get a repair, replacement or refund. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for change of mind. See Returns & Hygiene.
