These terms apply to purchases from this store. The seller is Rehan Maddawa Bandara Udugala (ABN 32 157 181 441).

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to use this store. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. No GST is charged, because the seller is not registered for GST. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation; we may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Products

Product specifications are reproduced from the maker's published information. We do not make medical, health or safety claims about any product. Products are for personal use by adults.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
