Australia

Australia-wide standard tracked delivery is A$7.95 per order and free on orders of A$69 or more. Products ship from the supplier's warehouse; each product page shows its own estimate, which is the supplier's slowest quoted time plus three days of handling (usually 13 to 17 days from order). A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is dispatched.

United States

Deliveries to the United States are not yet open. When the United States market opens, standard tracked delivery will be US$5.95 per order and free on orders of US$49 or more, excluding Alabama and Mississippi. Import duties and taxes on United States orders are still being confirmed and will be stated here before any United States order is accepted.

Packaging

Every order carries a request to the supplier for plain outer packaging with no product names or imagery on the outside.

Problems

If tracking has not moved for ten days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number.
